Autumn is here and well 🍂🍁🍄 with its share of rain, wind and cold!

In order not to get sick or, if you have already done so, to speed up recovery, here are some tips that have already been proven here!

To treat a cold or a cough, nothing could be simpler: in a hot drink, mix a teaspoon of euphorbia honey (this is the most suitable, but any other honey will do!) with half a teaspoon of cinnamon (or a stick). Drink at will!

For all that is tougher such as flu, sore throat, bronchitis or even gastro, nothing better than golden honey!
You're going to tell me but what is this thing again? It is simply a mixture of honey and turmeric. Natural antibiotics, ideal for digestive problems, these two combined products are a real nugget for our body! The best thing is to prepare a certain quantity in order to have it available throughout the treatment. 100gr of honey for 10g of turmeric, mix well and voila! To be taken throughout the day, diluted or not in a hot drink.

Finally to finish, on an empty stomach it is possible to take black cumin oil with honey, it's not super good but it works (do not consume in case of pregnancy).
