Products in stock are generally supplied within the lead times indicated below. The estimated delivery time of an order is indicated in the order confirmation. In the event of a delay in delivery, we will notify you and continue to follow up on your order. You can cancel the order if the delivery is delayed for more than 30 days and you are not responsible for this delay. All deliveries are announced by email.

Our delivery methods are as follows:
“La Poste: Letter followed” (2 to 4 days from the delivery of your package of Products to La Poste), delivery is made by La Poste. (In the event of non-delivery or loss, and following an investigation with the transport company, we do not reimburse the package, but we return your order by a means of transport of our choice)

"La Poste: Colissimo" (2 to 6 days from the delivery of your package of Products to La Poste), delivery is made by La Poste. (In the event of non-delivery or loss, and following an investigation with the transport company, we do not reimburse the package, but we return your order by a means of transport of our choice)

“La Poste: Colissimo” Personal delivery (2 to 6 days from the delivery of your package of Products to La Poste), delivery is made by La Poste.

“La Poste: Colissimo International” (2 to 10 days from the delivery of your package of Products to La Poste), delivery is made by La Poste.

"Mondial Relay" (2 to 8 days from the delivery of your package of Products in the sun relay point). The customer must bring a valid identity document to be able to withdraw his package at a relay point. He has 14 calendar days to collect his package. Or depending on the country, it is possible that the delivery is made at home.

" Hand delivery "

Depending on the delivery method chosen, you may be asked to go to a specific delivery location to pick up the order. You must present yourself there within the deadlines indicated in the delivery notice. If you do not collect the delivery in time, additional charges may apply and the order may be returned to us at your expense. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the delivery is not collected in time, after deducting the costs of processing and sending the outward and return parcel.
