It has many properties that make it a very good natural remedy . These many minerals give it many qualities. For a healthy, simple and respectful toothpaste for our body and the planet, you need green clay, water, a jar and optionally peppermint essential oil and or coconut .
In the pot, mix the green clay with the water to obtain a homogeneous paste.
At each use we can add a drop of essential oil on our toothbrush. (ATTENTION: not in the pot). Or / and make a mouthwash with coconut oil! All ideal to have white teeth and fresh breath!
Please note this trick contains essential oil, do not use for young children, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
