Harvested in the wonderful alpine meadows of Kyrgyzstan, its color comes from the foraging by bees of sainfoin, alfalfa and sweet clover. This is a poly floral honey.

The texture is not that of a classic honey either, it is quite creamy and consistent. This gives it a rather special charm.
