It is a plant that grows in the tropics. Native to India, it is also called maka . bhringaraj is mostly used on the hair , but can be used on the skin.
Bhringaraj promotes hair growth , makes it stronger , denser and protects the scalp (alopecia, dandruff, etc.) This powder is highly recommended in the event of premature white hair , hair loss or the onset of baldness . It tones the hair, makes it stronger, softens it and promotes styling by sheathing the hair. How to use bhringaradj powder:
As a pre-shampoo mask, mix the powder or powders with hot water until a homogeneous paste is obtained, complete the treatment with a vegetable oil, aloe vera gel or honey, in order to nourish the hair. Apply the mask to the scalp and the lengths. Massage the scalp to promote growth and spread over all the hair then leave on for about 1 hour, hair wrapped in a hot towel. Rinse thoroughly then wash the hair. To be done once a week.
Or in shampoo by applying on wet hair , the mixture of powder and water.
For the face , apply the mixture of powder and water for about ten minutes.
Can be combined with other powders, such as amla, brahmi, shikakai, neem… or vegetable oils, depending on the desired benefits.
