Special fat-burning recipe

Ingredients :

1 teaspoon of green tea

1 pinch ground turmeric

1 pinch ground cinnamon

The juice of half a squeezed lemon

1 teaspoon of honey

250ml water

Preparation :

Infuse the green tea, turmeric and cinnamon in boiled water for about ten minutes. Then add lemon juice, honey and mix well.
