Exfoliating clay mask

Natural beauty tip 🍃:

Exfoliating clay mask:

1 teaspoon of sugar
half a chamomile tea
2 teaspoons of clay

Mix the herbal tea with the clay and the sugar then apply to the face, massaging lightly, leave to dry for a good ten minutes and rinse with lukewarm water. This mask is suitable for both normal skin and oily skin.

Chamomile is anti-inflammatory and helps decongest the skin. In particular, it purifies the skin of all the bacteria responsible for the appearance of pimples

Sugar is ideal for regaining satiny skin and a radiant complexion.

The clay has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, which help in the healing of the skin. A real beauty treatment, clay softens the face and restores its radiance. It regulates excess sebum, attracts toxins and other impurities from the skin, to better eliminate them

Which clay to choose?
Green clay is recommended for oily or acne-prone skin.
White clay is recommended for sensitive or dry skin.
Pink clay: a mixture of red and white clay, it is recommended for dull skin or skin prone to redness and is suitable for all skin types, even sensitive.
Blue clay does not have a strong absorption capacity. However, it revives complexions dulled by pollution, stress, tobacco or fatigue.
